We are looking for an individual with strong experience in the Manhattan Suite of Applications, WM Active, along with business process knowledge. An engineer who can be part of the implementation and support of various business functions across multiple modules using package solutions.

As a consultant, you will work with the client and understand the requirements. You will work on the Analysis/Design/testing /support/implementation of the WMS package solutions based on the requirements gathered. You will effectively coordinate with the team offshore as well as onsite.

Responsibilities/What You'll be Doing

• Analysis and estimation based on business requirements.
• Excellent team players with the ability to work with multiple vendors and internal departments.
• Root cause analysis of issues reported in the package solution.
• Application Implementation, configuration, testing, and support.
• Documentation of process flows and suggestions for improvements.
• Communicate timelines and status effectively.
• As-is analysis and documentation across multiple systems.
• Should be able to design and execute test cases for the solutions.
• Providing Status Reports and ensuring all required documentation is kept up to date.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience with the Manhattan Suite of Applications WM Active

  (MAWM)

  platform.
• Techno-Functional knowledge on the Manhattan Active Warehouse management System. Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with proactive would be an added advantage
• Excellent experience in API testing and understanding of tools like Postman. Sound knowledge of product process flows.
• Excellent experience in analysing customer needs and requirements.
• Extensive working experience in writing queries with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or similar.
• Maintaining high-quality project and software testing, documentation, and analysis.
• Good understanding of the product functionalities, configurations.
• Good Communication skills and a good team player. A customer-facing experience would be preferred
