Managing Associate - International Tax and Transfer Pricing

Job Description As a Managing/Principal Associate at HRhelpdesk for BMR Legal Advocates, you will have the opportunity to manage client engagements in the areas of international tax, M&A, Transfer Pricing, and Litigation. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of opinions, presentations, and proposals - Researching and analyzing complex tax issues - Leading briefings and preparing submissions/paper books at the appellate stage - Advising clients on tax implications of business decisions - Experience in Tax Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) is a plus - Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues, with experience in advising multinational corporations and Indian business groups - Interactions with Partners and briefing them on client requirements - Managing the team Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in Corporate International Tax and Transfer Pricing with a reputed law firm or professional services firm Skills that will be beneficial for this position: - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines If you are a Chartered Accountant or LL.B with the required experience and skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.,
