Role Overview: As the Marcom lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing all Marcom activities, collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization. Your role will be crucial in driving Marketing and Branding initiatives and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally as the company expands its horizons. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Marcom planning and execution, collaborating with leaders, HR, and various functions - Drive all Marketing and Branding initiatives for the Organization - Ideate and execute marketing campaigns, events management, collaterals, branding, and positioning efforts - Lead communications to support external/internal collaboration, organizational changes, and team events - Facilitate leadership engagement and communication with their teams - Design and implement a communication plan for stream-specific knowledge sharing and learning initiatives - Work closely with stakeholders to generate content supporting talent acquisition and employer branding efforts - Proactively identify communication opportunities to align with the overall strategy of the organization Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Communications/Marcom, preferably in the Technology industry - Understanding of complex organizations and effective communication strategies across diverse teams Additional Details: The client is a leading IT services organization based in Chennai, offering a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to the growth and success of the company.,
