Manager/Sr Manager- Business Development- Training Services

You would be a part of QAI's Workforce Development Division, responsible for revenue generation through sales of training solutions, hunting and farming key accounts, account management of large corporate accounts, and providing suitable solutions by taking a consultative approach to identify client requirements. Preferably, you should hold an MBA with 5-7 years of experience in selling solutions and trainings. Strong communication and presentation skills, understanding of workforce development needs, initiative, innovation, and creative thinking style are essential for this role.
