Job Description

Job Title:

Quantity Surveyor/Billing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil, structural, and finishing works.
Manage and verify contractor/vendor bills and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control.
Liaise with project teams, contractors, and consultants for bill certification and quantity validations.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and tender documents.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and quality standards.
Track and control project costs to ensure completion within the approved budget.
Evaluate and manage change orders and claims.
Maintain documentation of measurements, site records, and reconciliation statements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing in the Real Estate industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and billing norms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP, Far vision etc.) preferred.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
