Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Manager/Assistant Manager - Catering/Reactive Sales. The role involves managing catering sales, overseeing event planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, coordinating food and beverage services, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Catering Sales and Event Planning
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
