Purpose: The key purpose of role is to analyze and develop the process design, proposal, technical specification, BOQ & schedules, inquiry flotation for quotation and submit to the stakeholders. Major responsibilities and professional strength requirement : Responsible for study and designs & drawings optimum purpose Industrial water waste treatment, and recycling plants using Physical, chemical and Biological treatment. Knowledge of effluent treatment methods such as ASP, UASB, MBR, MBBR etc and recycling techniques like UF and RO Knowledge of water and wastewater chemistry Good understanding of engineering, designs and drawings with specifications/ documentation from Consultants; Should be able to make a detailed and precise BOQ/BOM for estimation Awareness on major suppliers of equipment used in waste water treatment industry Experience of making estimation will be added advantage Should be able to guide and review Water balance diagram, Material balance diagram, HFDs, pressure drop calculations, P&IDs and GA Layouts Co-ordination with vendors, consultants and other agencies related to bidding work; Co-ordination with procurement, execution team, other team members & other activities as maybe assigned and monitoring of all above activities; Attend and amicably resolve all technical queries in scheduled meetings with Consultants, Purchase Departments and Design Team; Value Engineering for process improvisation wrt ongoing development and up-gradations in the relevant equipment/machinery and also considering the feedback from the plant operation team. Explore business opportunities through client meetings, seminars and events; Delivering presentations and technical advancements based on various technologies. Demonstrated leadership quality of training, mentoring and reviewing subordinates, GETs and trainee engineers Educational and Experience: Diploma/B.sc/B.E./BTech in Mechanical/Chemical/Environment Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in process and proposal with water and waste water treatment projects.
