Job description: Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities in the railway and metro sectors, including public and private clients. Track industry trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, railway operators, private sector companies, and international clients. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and represent the company. Implement and maintain an effective CRM system, ensuring all client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities are accurately tracked and managed. Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management on a regular basis. Requirements and skills Understanding of railway operations, metro systems, and regulatory requirements. Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings Strong verbal and written communicator. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Fast learner and passion for sales & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
