Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accounting advisory support, including implementation assistance with Ind AS and other international GAAPs
Support a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates
Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback to the team
Monitor time and manage deadlines of the assignments
Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively
Provide periodic technical trainings to the team members.
Ability to perform in a client facing environment and act as the SPOC for all client related issues
Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach towards assignments
Ability to work independently and with the team and efficiently manage projects according to strict deadlines
Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships effectively

Qualifications:

4-8 years of experience in in Financial Reporting and Advisory, Accounting Advisory
Qualified CA / ACCA
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Client facing experience is preferred
Willingness to travel

Skills and Competencies:

Expert technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP
Strong report writing and review skills
Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other computer programs.
Extensive knowledge on presenting facts, findings and observations to interested parties, including auditors
