insurance products ranging from motor, health, travel, home and personal accident in the retail space and

products like property, marine and liability insurance in the corporate space. With a network of branches

spread across wide distribution network and a 24x7 support team, the Company has been offering

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage offices in Tamilnadu & Pondicherry in terms of Facilities, Administration and Infrastructure
  • DO office set up for Tamilnadu & Pondicherry, a requirement as per IRDA.(currently 44 offices)
  • Extensive travel to handle Branch & DO offices across Tamilnadu & Pondicherry
  • Technical expertise to handle Annual Maintenance Contracts for office equipments (Airconditioners, UPS, Security systems (CCTV, FAS, IDS, Access control, Fire Extinguishers, Diesel Generators, AV equipment's etc) & Services like Pest control etc
  • Evaluate the requirement of office equipment's for purchase, replacement inline with market

availability

  • New initiatives to introduce cost effective systems / office equipments & reduce expenses
  • Explore updated tech systems to add into Maintenance contracts
  • Raise POs & Renewal of AMC contracts in advance with updated terms & conditions
  • Co ordination with AMC vendors for PM schedules, Services, Payments and QBRs
  • End to end Management of Annual Maintenance Contracts for PAN India for all office equipments and services
  • Manage Operational Expenses (Opex & Capex)
  • Budget management for Tamilnadu & Pondicherry branches including DO
  • Lease agreement management for Branch & DO Offices across the cluster
  • Branch visits as per schedule
  • MIS Dash board management
  • Assist State insurance team in penetration for rural area.
  • Meet departmental secretary on the rural insurance
  • Assist Compliance team to co ordinate with IRDAI officials as a local SPOC
  • Meet Audit requirements for TamilNadu & Pondicherry offices

Key Requirements - Education & Certification

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Engineering graduate to handle technical needs)
