To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manager - Warehouse position based in Sriperumbadur, Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements, safeguard warehouse operations and contents, control inventory levels, and maintain the physical condition of the warehouse. Additionally, you will achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, monitor the volume of business to determine appropriate work schedules, set productivity standards, and establish necessary controls to ensure objectives are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring the condition and maintenance of operating and material handling equipment, as well as ensuring efficient handling of shipments and receipts. The ideal candidate will typically require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, extensive knowledge of purchasing policies and practices, and at least 12 years of materials experience with advanced experience using MRP systems. You should have the ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations. Demonstrating expert functional, technical, and people/process management skills, as well as customer relationship skills, is essential for this role. A Master's degree is preferred.
