As a Product Strategy Manager at our company, your role is crucial in providing a clear plan for the product, outlining goals, potential risks, challenges, and opportunities. Your responsibilities include: - Developing a strategy from inception to completion of a product. - Collaborating with Sales, Credit & Risk teams, marketing team, and outside vendors to develop, market, distribute, and sell the product. - Conducting financial analysis to model the product's cost and potential margin. - Driving different teams and departments to ensure the achievement of initial goals. - Presenting the product strategy to partners and shareholders. - Creating a plan to achieve objectives, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities. - Building a network and pitching the product to third-party vendors.
