Manager US Mortgage Treasury and Accounting-TKC

As a Manager in US Mortgage Treasury and Accounting, your role will involve: - Leading and working on Mortgage Treasury and Accounting - Training the team, assigning tasks, managing performance, and driving process improvements - Collaborating closely with onshore managers and clients" Fund Administrator to ensure clean cash reconciliations, shadow books in excel, and comparison with Fund Administrators monthly reports - Ensuring timely and accurate recording of journal entries in compliance with US accounting rules and company policies using Accounting Software Applications - Conducting daily reconciliations of cash movements between banking records, loan records, and general ledger - Reconciling key balance sheet accounts monthly to align external records with the general ledger - Embracing new general ledger accounting software capabilities and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement - Supporting annual audit and quality review activities of external auditors, collaborating with team members across the Company, including Treasury and Asset Management To qualify for this role, you should have: - 8-10+ years of experience in US Mortgage accounting and Bank Reconciliation - Advanced Excel Skills including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Hlookups, macros, etc. - Masters degree in finance - Experience in real estate, mortgage banking, or asset management industry preferred - Proficiency in Accounting Packages like Quick Books and Oracle NetSuite Your skills should include: - Strong Finance and Accounting skills with application of financial policies - Compliance with US Legal Regulatory Requirements related to clients mortgage business - Customer accounts reconciliation and Reporting - Implementation of strong Accounting Controls - Advanced Excel customization skills, Report envisaging, and presentation skills Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad Timings: USA Shift IST 5:30 pm to 2:30 am (EST 8 am to 5 pm) Salary Range: Best in Industry To apply for this position, please send your application to resume@finacplus.com,
