Manager -Treasury & Credit control

Position: Manager - Fund Raising and FX Risk Management

Location: Mumbai

Lead the fund-raising efforts of Tata Communications Group globally.

-Bank and Financial Institute relationship management

-Manage domestic and international Credit Ratings

-Manage end to end borrowing process, initiation to placement, recording and repayments.

-Documentation and credit appraisal.

Manage the Fx and Interest Rate Risk Management

-Identification of Fx and Interest rate exposures and hedging them suitably with instruments permitted as per risk management policy of the company.

-Hedge Accounting for cash flow hedges

-RBI Compliance regarding Fx hedges

Manage RBI compliance with respect to Overseas Investments

-Time to time filings of OI forms for transactions and compliance with OI guidelines

-APR submissions

-Annual return submissions

Role Requirements -

-Experience in domestic and international fund raising.

-Experience in raising funds in capital markets

-Conversant with APLMA and LMA documentation

-Conversant with RBI and FEMA regulations regarding Overseas Investments and Foreign Exchange Hedging.

-Knowledge of hedging instruments and experience of managing fx exposures.

-Experience of working on SAP and SAP TRM

Experience and Qualification -

CA or MBA from a premier institute with 5-7 years of post-qualification work experience with minimum 2-3 years of managing fund raising and Foreign Currency Hedging.
