Job Description

Job Summary: The Manager of Training and Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for all staff members within our preschool and daycare centers. This role ensures high-quality care and education by equipping our team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to excel in their roles and uphold our company's standards. This position requires a deep understanding of early childhood education best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create engaging and effective training experiences. Responsibilities: Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for professional development of our mentors, dids and centre heads Curriculum Implementation : Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, including workshops, on-the-job training, covering various topics such as child development, curriculum implementation, classroom management, health and safety, parent communication, and company policies implementation. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for staff members, utilizing a variety of delivery methods to maximize engagement and knowledge retention Keep assessing the delivery of the program on ground by implementation of various checks and measures Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance assessments, and data analysis, making adjustments and improvements as needed. Compliance: Ensure all training programs are effective evaluate the performance of every staff member by maintaining a proper file with topics covered and results Stay Current/ Innovation Stay up-to-date on the latest research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education and training and development Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress Measurable:- - Number of admissions increase post training sessions of centre heads centre / area/ zone wise - Retention number of children does not go down and existing number is retained
