Manager - Trade credit

As a Manager of Trade Credit Insurance at Salasar Services Insurance Brokers, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Responsible for developing the Trade Credit portfolio across new clients and existing ones. - Understanding Trade Credit products on financial lines as well as casualty. - Ensuring consistent support and engagement with the Salasar sales and servicing team to secure new revenue. - Personally meeting with prospects, conducting in-depth dialogue, and building positive business relationships. - Partnering across the firm to utilize appropriate resources for sales meetings and proposals. - Drafting placement slips and coordinating to float slips for quotes. - Developing the portfolio to a size and scale to grow revenue and resources. - Documenting all slips, terms, and cover notes of the risks placed. - Tracking renewals and various RI-driven covers in Trade Credit business. - Servicing all Trade Credit proposals placed by the firm. - Maintaining Claims MIS and tracking Claims documentation. - Collecting and passing claim remittance from insurers/reinsurers to clients/Insurer. - Keeping up to date on prospects" current issues and researching new information. - Ensuring timeframes and deliverables are met in the sales process and post-sales service. - Developing and maintaining an effective network within the business community and industry.
