Manager Technology Java Microservices

Role Overview: Publicis Sapient is looking for a Manager/Specialist Technology (Java/Microservices) to join the team of bright thinkers and doers. You will use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve clients" most complex and challenging problems across different industries. As a hands-on solution architect, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects and shaping the transformation of the world with your ideas and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver at least 3-4 large-scale projects from ground zero - Build large-scale, high-volume, low latency, high availability, and complex distributed services - Work on client-specific proposals and manage client accounts - Manage and grow a large-sized team - Identify and recommend potential solutions based on requirements - Drive key decisions on tools, technologies, user journeys, and overall governance - Implement object-oriented, SOLID, and DRY principles, reactive programming models, Microservices, and event-driven solutions - Utilize Java language (Java 8 and above), Springboot/Spring cloud, and API-based digital journeys - Work with build and Automation tools, CI/CD Pipelines, and Containerization platforms - Deliver solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure/PCF - Write JUnit test cases, execute performance and security tests, and address non-functional requirements Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Any Cloud certification and exposure to Modern Technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, etc.) Company Information: Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner that helps established organizations reach their digitally enabled state.
