Guide troubleshooting for field execution, design mismatches, and logistical Coordinate with internal/external design teams for approvals of DPRs, working drawings, and revisions. Initiate and guide value engineering proposals to optimize cost and construction time Translate contract deliverables into measurable internal milestones Develop milestone-linked schedules for physical and financial tracking Ensure alignment of subcontractor contracts with main contract conditions Ensure that all designs adhere to IRC, Morth, and concession agreement standards. Central command for managing all project sites via direct communication with project managers and site engineers. Develop and monitor Project Execution Plans (PEPs), schedules, and mobilization plans. Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress Coordinate client meetings (NHAI, Morth, ULBs), submit required documentation, and address compliance comments. Manage timely submission of IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) and follow-up on certifications.
