Manager- Taxation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Taxation Functions and Tax Planning at Inox Solar Limited. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as timely deposit of TDS, service tax, excise, VAT, professional tax, and income tax. Additionally, you will be involved in scrutinizing General Ledgers and Sub Ledgers related to taxes, preparing tax audit reports, liaising with auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and certification matters, as well as facilitating the audit of accounts by statutory, internal auditors, and tax auditors. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Taxation Functions and Tax Planning on a daily basis - Ensure timely deposit of TDS, service tax, excise, VAT, and professional tax - File Income tax returns - Scrutinize General Ledgers and Sub Ledgers related to Taxes - Prepare tax audit reports - Liaise with auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and certification matters - Facilitate the audit of accounts by statutory, internal auditors, and tax auditors Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: CA - Preferred Qualification: CA - Functional Skills Required: SAP exposure is a must Additional Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
