Role Overview: As a Manager Taxation & Audit in our Mumbai office, you will be responsible for overseeing tax planning and compliance, preparing tax-related documents, ensuring adherence to tax laws, and managing tax audits. Your role will involve providing insights on tax strategies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and collaborating with team members to uphold compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective tax strategies for the organization - Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements - Prepare tax-related documents accurately and in a timely manner - Manage comprehensive tax-related audits and reviews - Provide insights and recommendations on tax planning strategies Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Tax Planning with the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies - Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance and Tax Law to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements - Hands-on experience with Tax Preparation, including accurate filings and documentation - Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Chartered Accountant certification is highly preferred - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in tax reporting software and tools,
