Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the support review of the following areas/ activities of the Global Tax - support function:

Support in periodic legal compliances like
Canada: Preparation review of Form T1134 for foreign affiliates across the regions,
Canada: Country-by-Country report (CbCr) under BEPS compliances,
Canada: Surplus Calculations, Excluded property analysis,
Distributable surplus (Dividend) as per the Canadian income tax law
Canada :CRA Audit requirements,
Adjusted Cost Base and Paid Up Capital calculations (ACB-PUC) as per the Canadian income tax law
UK: preparation of UK Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFC) form,
US: Preparation of US partnership tax return form 1065 and form 5472.
