Manager - TAX - AMI - TAX - GCR - Global Compliance Reporting -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate tax, Personal tax, or International Tax. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement accounts strategy for TAX offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments. Lead and coordinate the planning and management of small/medium assignments, including pricing, billing, and recovery. Create and manage strong independent relationships with clients, minimizing partner involvement. Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals, and build value for the firm by marketing services to new clients. Develop sound value-based solutions and apply technical knowledge and strategic thinking in delivery. Champion knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes to capture and leverage knowledge. Foster an environment for team innovation and experimentation, regularly participating in developing new products, services, and delivery methods. Monitor and report on sales opportunities, pipeline, and wins periodically. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in law and qualified chartered accountant. 5-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate tax, Personal tax, or International Tax. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach. Strong understanding of business development, go-to-market strategies, and operational excellence.
