Job Description

Role Overview: As a Fleet Partner Manager at Uber, your main responsibility will be to build and lead account management for fleet partnerships across India. You will play a crucial role in managing vehicle addition targets, driving higher supply hours, and maximizing the benefit of fleets to the platform. Your role will involve finding efficiencies in fleet operations, cultivating successful Key Account Management (KAM) team, developing critical fleet partner relationships, giving business reviews to Uber senior management, managing multiple projects effectively, and collaborating with global fleet, product, and tech teams. Key Responsibilities: - Building and leading account management for fleet partnerships across India - Managing vehicle addition targets and driving higher supply hours - Finding efficiencies in fleet operations such as higher completion rates and increased asset utilization - Cultivating a successful Key Account Management (KAM) team through coaching and building a deep understanding of the fleet business - Developing critical fleet partner relationships across India - Giving business reviews to Uber senior management regarding progress against KPIs - Managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment - Collaborating with global fleet, product, and tech teams to ensure appropriate tools and technologies are built to manage fleet businesses Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of account management or consulting experience, preferably in the Indian market - Experience in technology, telecommunications, FMCG, or transportation-related industries - Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations - Willingness to travel across India as required - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in SQL being an advantage - Experience in leading cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact projects This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to Uber's growth in India by managing and scaling fleets for the platform.
