Manager Supply Chain Network Design

Role Overview: As a Manager of Supply Chain Network Design at Kohler, you will play a crucial role in optimizing global supply chain network models to enhance strategic and tactical decision-making. You will be responsible for building data, analytics, and modeling frameworks to support manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and inventory flows. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain a centralized Supply Chain Modeling Database and enable seamless automation frameworks for network model scalability. Your role will involve conducting scenario analysis to evaluate cost, service, and risk trade-offs, supporting strategic initiatives such as greenfield/brownfield studies and sustainability-driven redesigns. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Network Design COE by building robust data, analytics, and modeling frameworks - Develop and maintain global supply chain network models using tools like Llamasoft (SCGX), Optilogic, or AIMMS - Collaborate with the Advanced Analytics & Data Science team to design and maintain a centralized Supply Chain Modeling Database - Enhance and maintain automation frameworks for network model scalability - Build and democratize supply chain network visualization capabilities across the organization using tools like Power BI or Tableau - Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate cost, service, and risk trade-offs - Continuously identify and implement process improvements aligned with industry best practices - Audit the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives - Contribute to the development of standardized methodologies and documentation for network design and optimization processes - Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions - Define, track, and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analytics and network modeling - Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or other ETL platforms - Strong experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau - Familiarity with network optimization tools such as Llamasoft SCGX, Optilogic, AIMMS, or JDA SC Strategist - Solid understanding of supply chain domains including manufacturing, capacity planning, demand/supply planning, warehousing, and transportation - Exposure to advanced modeling techniques in capacity planning, sourcing strategy, inventory optimization, and transportation network design - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience working with ERP systems like SAP is a plus Please note: The company details were not provided in the Job Description.,
