Key Knowledge Areas and Expertise Data Architecture and Modeling : Extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures and common data models. API Standards : Expertise in defining and implementing API standards to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between systems. Common Information Model (CIM) : In-depth knowledge of CIM standards and their application within the energy sector. Data Mesh and Data Fabric : Understanding of data mesh and data fabric principles, enabling software composability and data-centric design trade-offs. Resolve technical modelling challenges on projects and contribute to advancing the team's technical expertise Ensure project components, including reports, drawings, specifications, and studies, comply with relevant standards and project requirements Collaborate closely with clients, providing clear explanations and ensuring they understand model outputs and processes. Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Assist with preparation of bids including narratives, cost estimates and programmes. Coordinate project elements, managing resource allocation, quality assurance, subcontractor interactions, and client feedback. Work alongside specialists from other engineering and environmental disciplines to ensure project integrity. Liaise effectively with the Project Director or Manager and the client to support project progress. Foster a collaborative work environment by actively supporting the professional development of both yourself and your team, guiding junior members to reach their full potential. Qualifications & Experience: Have 7 -12 years of experience Masters in Water Resources Management/Environment/Civil Engineering or Equivalent Advanced expertise in hydraulic modelling for a range of wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects Skilled in team and stakeholder coordination and management Proficient in InfoWorks ICM HADES knowledge would be advantageous Competent in using relevant GIS software packages Chartered member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE or CIWEM) Proven experience in model quality assurance procedures Strong report-writing skills Advanced abilities in spreadsheet-based data analysis Coding experience desirable Why Arcadis?
