Job Description

Plan and implement effecƟve sales strategies to achieve the targets.  Manage and moƟvate the sales team to ensure high producƟvity.  Maintain strong relaƟonships with fleet owners, financiers, and local transport associaƟons.  Monitor DSRs (Daily Sales Reports) and ensure Ɵmely reporƟng to management.  Coordinate with markeƟng teams for local promoƟonal acƟviƟes and events.  Ensure adherence to dealership and OEM sales processes.  Provide regular performance reviews and training to the sales staff.  Work closely with the accounts and delivery team for timely invoicing and vehicle delivery
