Manager - Subject Matter Experts- (Utility & Infrastructure) Location: Bengaluru, India About the Role We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as Manager - Subject Matter Experts- (Utility & Infrastructure) . In this critical role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of HVAC and utility equipment projects to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Evaluate, select, and upgrade HVAC and utility equipment like chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, and power systems to ensure optimal efficiency. Provide technical specifications, review drawings, and leverage the latest technologies for enhanced performance. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables to meet timelines and budget targets. Guide pre-installation and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution. Communicate project progress to management and stakeholders regularly. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between vendors, service providers, and internal teams. Resolve customer (internal) complaints and escalate issues to higher management as necessary. Leadership and Innovation: Train and mentor project teams while fostering a culture of innovation and problem-solving. Encourage out-of-the-box thinking to address challenges effectively. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 7+years of experience in industrial or manufacturing roles, with 5-8 years in HVAC expertise and utility maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, utility equipment, and MS Office tools. Ability to analyze technical drawings and provide actionable insights. Exceptional communication (written and verbal). Resource planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. A "never give up" attitude and a commitment to safety standards.
