As a Manager - Strategy & BI (Business Intelligence), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning as the department thrives in a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, where innovation and teamwork are highly valued. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ability to convert mid-to-long-term market opportunities into company vision/ambition.
Translating ambition into the mid-term strategic outlook for the company.
Develop key focus areas and strategic document in-line with company ambition.
Implementing the key focus area into the market in close association with product management team.
Owning the focus area and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking progress against strategic objectives.
Analyze market conditions, industry trends, and internal data to identify strategic opportunities and risks continuously and align strategic opportunities into the mid-term plan.
Design and maintain Business Intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports.
Gather, interpret, and visualize data to support strategic initiatives.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve reporting systems.
Support executive leadership with strategic planning, Pricing and forecasting.
Good track record in stakeholder management and working closely with other functions.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
8 to 10 years of experience in pharma consulting or a related domain.
Proven experience in strategic planning, business analytics, or BI functions with a consulting background.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Proficiency with healthcare IT systems, data analysis tools, and project management.
