Manager -Static & 2D Design

As a Pressure Vessel Equipment Design Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing your hands-on experience in PV Elite software and knowledge of ASME Pressure Vessel Sections to design vessels and heat exchangers. Your role will involve reviewing GA drawings, interpreting P&ID drawings, and ensuring compliance with welding requirements for pressure vessel manufacturing. Candidates with Biotech/Pharma equipment design experience will be preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Attend Kick off Meeting with Project department and participate in daily stand up meetings. - Schedule and assign projects to team members. - Review all GA and fabrication drawings, as well as component drawings before releasing them to production. - Address deviations promptly and provide correct actions during manufacturing processes. - Maintain close coordination with Production and project departments to align with project schedules. Qualification Required: - B.E in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 10 years of experience in Pressure Vessel Equipment design Skills: - Proficiency in designing pressure vessels and heat exchangers using PV Elite software for a minimum of 5 projects. - Working knowledge of AutoCAD software. - Experience in creating Bills of Materials (BOM) for GA drawings in any ERP software. - Familiarity with Plant3D software will be considered an added advantage.
