Manager - Static & 2D Design

You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pressure Vessel Equipment design and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. A strong understanding of PV Elite software is essential for this role. Additionally, you must possess knowledge of ASME Pressure Vessel Sections and codes for Vessel design & Heat Exchangers. Your responsibilities will include attending Kick-off Meetings with the Project department, assigning projects to team members, reviewing GA and Fabrication drawings, ensuring alignment with production schedules, and providing corrective actions during manufacturing if necessary. It is crucial to have experience in interpreting P&ID drawings, preparing GA drawings, and understanding welding requirements for pressure vessel manufacturing. Candidates with experience in Biotech/Pharma equipment design will be preferred. Key skills required for this role include designing pressure vessels & heat exchangers in PV Elite software, proficiency in AutoCAD, creating Bills of Materials (BOM) using ERP software, and familiarity with Plant3D software. A certification in Introduction to ASME Pressure Vessel section VIII Div.1 would be beneficial. Overall, your role will involve hands-on experience with PV Elite software, ensuring compliance with ASME codes, effective project management, and close coordination with production and project departments to deliver successful outcomes.,
