Manager/ Sr. Manager- Security

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Security operations and provide the leadership required to insure that the proper policies and procedures are in place to provide a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, assets, confidential or proprietary information in a cost effective manner.

Duties & responsibilities:

· Developing and Implementing Security Strategies.

· Managing Security Personnel.

· Ensuring Compliance.

· Managing Security Operations.

· Incident Response and Investigation.

· Emergency Management.

· Communication and Reporting.

· Maintaining Confidentiality and Discretion.

· Promoting a Security Culture.

· Building and Maintaining Relationships.

Candidature:

· Manages a team and has advanced leadership skills.

· Remains calm in fast-paced and stressful situations.

· Demonstrates attention to detail and is diligent.

· Works well independently and has strong project management skills.

· Communicates well and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:

· Any Graduation/ A bachelor’s degree in security management or a related major is preferred.

Experience: 12+ Experience in security head. Ex-Army, Ex-Navy, Ex-Air Force, Ex- Paramilitary forces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
