Production Reporting - Daily
Daily Stock Monitoring - Daily
Maintenance planning of Raw mills and Cement Mills - Daily
Reviewing Specific Power and Heat consumption - Daily
Reviewing Alternate Fuel consumption - Daily
Reviewing daily quality parameters of Raw materials / Clinker and Cement
Daily
JANUS Updation - Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
Monitoring CO2 emissions - Daily / Monthly
Coordination with S&D for Cement and Clinker Dispatch - Daily
Correspondence with HO - Daily / As and when required.
Plant House Keeping - Daily
Plant Safety Inspections - Weekly
Raw Mills and Cement Mill inspections - Weekly
Process measurement and Calculations - Daily
Production Planning-Monthly /Quarterly
Forecasting - Quarterly
Budget Preparation - Monthly / Quarterly
Budget Tracking - Monthly
Procurement of Refractory Bricks, Castable and accessories - Continuous
Shut Down Planning and execution - Continuous.
Planning and Execution of Improvement Planning - Continuous
Physical Stock Verification of Raw materials, In process materials and Finished Products .
Language : Talugu, Hindi, English.
