Manager/ Sr. Manager- Medical Affairs - Emerging markets

As a Manager/Sr Manager in the Medical Affairs team for Emerging Markets, your role will involve supporting the initiation, oversight, and follow up of clinical studies and medical projects within the therapeutic area under your responsibility. You will be responsible for utilizing tools, templates, and processes to create and deliver presentations for training, CMEs, and conferences while ensuring compliance with UpToDate guidelines and recent updates. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Identifying key opinion leaders (KOLs), expert speakers, and academicians in the industry to deliver defined curriculum with technical and clinical insights - Developing training and educational materials and programs - Managing all educational content and materials related to product lines, disease states, industry trends, and publications - Communicating effectively and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and sales - Assisting in the approval of promotional and packaging materials, product resumes, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies - Participating in and leading interdisciplinary project teams for functional management - Gathering field insights from KOLs and submitting reports for strategy implementation - Conducting training sessions for field personnel and addressing queries during the training sessions It is essential for candidates to have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical affairs division - Qualifications in MBBS/MD/BDS - Sound knowledge of pharmacology - Willingness to travel internationally when required Please note that the location for this position is in Hyderabad.,
