About the Role

Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a key technical and leadership role where you will contribute to architecture, guide engineering best practices, and play an active part in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of full-stack web applications with modern front-end and back-end technologies.


• Architect backend solutions using

  Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)

  and frontend interfaces with

  React.js and Next.js

  .


• Manage end-to-end deployments and cloud infrastructure on

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .


• Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, technical training, and career development.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product management, and DevOps.


• Translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions.


• Enforce coding standards, performance tuning, and scalability.


• Plan and manage sprint cycles, timelines, and deliverables.


• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.



• 7+ years of hands-on experience

  in full-stack development using:
  
  

  • Python

    (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
  
  

  • React.js

    and

    Next.js

  
  
  
  


• Strong experience in deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments (

  AWS

  ,

  Azure

  , or

  GCP

  ).


• Solid understanding of API design (RESTful and/or GraphQL).


• Proven experience in

  leading small engineering teams

  or

  mentoring junior developers

  .


• Excellent knowledge of

  SQL/NoSQL databases

  , version control (Git), and agile methodologies.


• Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.


• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  ,

  Docker

  , and infrastructure automation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  Kubernetes

  or other container orchestration platforms.


• Exposure to

  DevOps practices

  , monitoring, and logging tools.


• Knowledge of
