Manager, Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in accordance with project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute to team growth. Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals. Contribute to the planning and estimation of project timelines and deliverables. What should you have 3+ years of experience in backend software development utilizingPython, ETL, Node.js. Experience working onAWScloud. Experience working with distributed ledger technologies like Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum and smart contract development. Hands-on experience in the direct implementation of software products through a diverse set of programming languages and toolchains including unit testing. Experience withGithuband other CI/CD tooling. Basic QA and testing knowledge Good interpersonal andcommunication skills(verbal and written). Innovative thinking, experimental mindset. Proficiency inSQLand database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). A track record of successfully delivering and maintaining software products and services. Active participation in systems engineering, architecture, and quality assurance processes. Familiarity with various stages of the software development lifecycle and experience in employing related methodologies. Good To Have:Experience mentoring junior developers.
