Role Overview: As a Manager in Software Development & Integration Lead at our company located in Mangli (Ludhiana), you will be responsible for automation software development, SCADA systems, and integration with MES/ERP/SAP. Your expertise in SCADA development, industrial software integration, and strong scripting skills will be essential in managing automation software systems and backend architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and integrate SCADA systems with MES, ERP, APIs, and SAP - Manage automation software systems and backend architecture - Design and optimize databases and scripting solutions - Collaborate with automation, electrical, and production teams to ensure seamless connectivity - Ensure data security, reliability, and system performance - Provide troubleshooting support for automation control systems Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field - 6 to 10 years of experience in industrial software/automation systems Additional Details: The company offers health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits.
