As the Growth Lead - Manager for Social Media, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include optimizing social media platforms to increase reach and engagement, managing a content calendar, and overseeing the quality of social media posts, scripts, and influencer collaborations. Collaborating with third-party activities to boost social media traffic and meet business goals will also be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring performance, planning content calendars, analyzing platform performance, and executing content distribution and ad campaigns will be part of your day-to-day activities. Your main responsibilities will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, optimize social media platforms, oversee the quality of social media content, plan and execute paid social media campaigns, establish content themes aligned with business goals, define optimal posting times, collaborate with analytics tools, evaluate platform performance, increase traffic and followers, distribute content across different channels, leverage digital channels, and manage social media advertising budgets. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on growth and performance. Experience with Power BI would be considered a plus. A proven track record of successful social media strategies, attention to detail, analytical skills, experience in managing advertising budgets, strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines are essential qualities for this position. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is also highly valued.,
