Hotel Projects

Coordination with Engineers and Supervisors for successful supply, Installation, Testing,

Design Management:

• Should have knowledge on NBC-2016, SP-35, Uniform plumbing code, BWSSB Norms, PCB guidelines.
• Attending/Involve - Design review meetings & workshops of projects.
• Co-ordinate with Internal architects/DM team, External Architects, structural consultants, and MEP consultants.
• Review of BWSSB sanction drawings, STP drawings (MOEF, PCB), Fire sanction drawings and discussion with officers on technical points.
• Review / Detailing of water supply schematics to address flow and pressure issues for High rise buildings.
• Review and approve DBRs, schematics, tender drawings & GFC drawings.
• Review of STP feasibility reports and drawings and send it to DD/Legal team to upload in RERA portal. • Water Management initiatives.
• Co-ordinate with Projects team & services engineers and visit sites includes visit to outstation projects, to check design intent followed is as per drawings.

Estimation:

• Prepare Ball Park estimates for budget sign off. • Hands on experience with AutoCAD, MS Office. Familiarity with Revit to study drawings preferred. • Prepare/review of PHE & FPS -BOQs with price estimate for floating tenders.
• RFP based enquiries reply for technical queries end users. • Technical support & to co-ordinate with Contracts team and reply to RFIs raised on tender BOQs.
• Review of MEP layouts & arrive on incremental cost over Brigade specifications
• Review shop drawings, variation statement/ Quantity Amendments.
• Work on cost to complete for PHE & FPS • Review & Approval of non- tender items of work with rate analysis.

Skill

Basic Standard of Installation of Ducting, Piping and Insulation.

Basic Standard of Installation of Equipment like Chiller, Pump, AHU,Fan etc.

Basic Concepts of HVAC Design including Heat Load calculation, Selection of AHU

based on Load, Calculationof Piping/ Ducting Size based on GPM / CFM. Deep exposure to understand the different types of HVACSpecification.
