Manager / Senior Manager - Software Development

Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer who can effectively handle end-to-end software development. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in both front-end and back-end development, focusing on building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. A deep understanding of database management, ORM technologies, and proficiency with modern front-end frameworks is required. Commitment to Agile/Scrum methodologies and exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are essential for delivering comprehensive software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including user interfaces, APIs, databases, and integration processes.
• Develop and optimize database structures, packages, stored procedures, and functions using PL-SQL, T-SQL, or similar scripting languages.
• Implement responsive, user-friendly front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Ensure database integrity, security, scalability, and high availability.
• Integrate ORM solutions to manage efficient interactions between application layers and database systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to translate user needs and business requirements into high-quality software.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior team members.
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to improve software architecture, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in .NET technologies will be an added advantage.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a software Developer, proficient in back-end technologies. Experience with front end technologies will be an added advantage.
• Solid experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Extensive expertise in database management (relational and NoSQL) and proficient in scripting languages (PL-SQL, T-SQL).
• Strong understanding of ORM technologies and database interfaces for various frameworks (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js).
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
