Indias fastest growing FinTech Company, IBSFINtech is looking for a smart techie who is passionate about exciting growth in the FinTech space and believes in quality driven working methodology for the Full Stack Developer role. Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who can effectively handle end-to-end software development. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in both front-end and back-end development, focusing on building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. A deep understanding of database management, ORM technologies, and proficiency with modern front-end frameworks is required. Commitment to Agile/Scrum methodologies and exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are essential for delivering comprehensive software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including user interfaces, APIs, databases, and integration processes. Develop and optimize database structures, packages, stored procedures, and functions using PL-SQL, T-SQL, or similar scripting languages. Implement responsive, user-friendly front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Ensure database integrity, security, scalability, and high availability. Integrate ORM solutions to manage efficient interactions between application layers and database systems. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to translate user needs and business requirements into high-quality software. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior team members. Continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to improve software architecture, performance, and reliability. Qualifications: Proficiency in .NET technologies will be an added advantage. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. Solid experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Extensive expertise in database management (relational and NoSQL) and proficient in scripting languages (PL-SQL, T-SQL). Strong understanding of ORM technologies and database interfaces for various frameworks (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js). Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
