Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS professional to manage and analyze branch-level cost data, support financial provisioning, and validate performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience in cost reporting, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch-wise Cost Reporting:
Compile and analyze cost data derived from incentive and contest performance metrics
Monthly & YTD Cost Analysis:
Generate and review cost reports to ensure financial accuracy and consistency
Cost Validation & Comparison:
Cross-verify monthly costs to identify trends and discrepancies
Provisioning & True-Up:
Align estimated costs with actuals through provisioning and true-up activities
Data Mart Creation:
Build simplified data marts to support structured reporting and data storage
Output Validation:
Validate incentive and contest outputs from Excel against system-generated reports

Key Performance Indicators:

Timely and accurate maintenance of consolidated cost sheets (Monthly & YTD)
Effective coordination with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT, Sales)
Clear and professional communication with external stakeholders

Desired Skills:

Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in financial reporting and MIS functions
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
