Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager International Business

Development (LATAM & EUROPE) to lead our global marketing efforts across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

? To identify new sales leads through various channels includes emails, social media and trade

portals

? Conduct market mapping to generate country-specific plans

? Cold call as appropriate within identified markets or geographic areas to ensure a robust

pipeline of opportunities

? Conversion of identified leads to generate business

? Handle key customers account and generate repeat orders from them

? Coordinate with cross functional teams (production, logistics, regulatory, finance and others) to

execute the fulfilment of orders on time

? Ensure all shipments are in compliance with all laws and regulations

? Achieve export sales targets

Preferred Industry: Healthcare ( Manufacturer, seller & exporter of medical disposables and hospital products )

Experience Required: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in handling Exports / Business Development in Medical Device
