As the Manager HVDC SCM at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your role involves overseeing the supply chain processes for the procurement, logistics, and distribution of components, materials, and services related to High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all supply chain functions are performed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and budgets for HVDC projects. Your solid understanding of HVDC systems will be essential in managing suppliers, materials, and logistics for large-scale power transmission projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan specifically for HVDC projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals. - Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, supplier management, logistics, and inventory control. - Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and equipment required for HVDC systems. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E in Civil / Electrical or MBA. - 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management. - Desirable to have experience in core HVDC Projects end (End to End SCM).
