Role & responsibilities

• Performed diverse tasks related to SAP security, including managing Authorization Profiles and Roles using Profile Generator, conducting testing, overseeing user administration, and managing transport processes.
• Expert in troubleshooting Authorization issues and conducting thorough analysis. Ensured compliance by implementing mandate authority checks for custom transactions at the program level and adjusting SU24 settings accordingly.
• Designed and created Analysis Authorizations and Roles in BI Systems. Collaborated effectively with Business and Functional Consultants, adeptly handling complex situations.
• Involved in End-to-End Role Redesign for SAP S4 Fiori Security for Beverage Industry Extensive expertise in User Administration tasks, including user creation, deletion, user lock and unlock, and password reset operations.
• Providing technical support and resolving security issues, including troubleshooting R/3 security challenges.
• Utilized SU53 and SUIM extensively to allocate missing authorizations to users, while also leveraging ST01's tracing features to pinpoint and resolve access issues for users.
• Involved in E2E implementation of GRC Access control 12
• Maintained EAM Parameters with FF ID focus, scheduled jobs as needed, managed FF ID assignments and logs in EAM, handled user request processes in GRC, addressed ARM request issues, configured SPRO in GRC backend, generated access requests in GRC, established Firefighter IDs with designated owners and controllers, and granted Firefighter access through GRC Access Request.
• Performed SAP GRC Audit for S4 Hana, BW, BPC, SAC, and Ariba systems for a media-based company for 2 years.
• Familiarity with SAP release management through CHARM and STMS, as well as proficiency in using Solution Manager for ticket management
