Job Description

As the Technical Consulting Manager at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading the successful delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client partners to define requirements, leading technical design sessions, providing oversight and governance of Salesforce projects, and managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 9-15 years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years specifically on the Salesforce platform. You must possess an expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds. Additionally, you should have a solid background in the design and development of large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure. You will be responsible for following and helping define coding standards, leading code reviews to ensure quality, and appropriate design patterns are followed. Moreover, you should have a strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning standard processes, and deployment methodologies. Your ability to lead a technical team, engage with customers and team members, and provide technical enablement on the latest Salesforce products and processes will be essential for success in this role. This position will require you to travel to client sites for projects, estimated at 50-75% of the time. You should be flexible with your work hours and willing to work with global teams for delivery across geographies. Additionally, having active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire will be advantageous.
