Manager Sales (Travel Sales)

As a Manager (Sales) in the Vacations vertical of the SBU Travel & Vacations in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in developing business and marketing strategies to increase sales of customized holidays. Your responsibilities will include defining sales targets, ensuring their achievement, maintaining service levels as per company standards, managing relationships with partners, suppliers, DMCs, tourism boards, and ensuring compliance in all aspects of travel processes. Your role will be pivotal in contributing to the ambitious growth plans of the SBU. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business and marketing strategies for increasing sales of customized holidays. - Define sales targets and ensure their achievement. - Ensure that service levels are met as per company standards. - Manage relationships with partners, suppliers, DMCs, tourism boards, etc. - Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel processes. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelors Degree (10+2+3) - Minimum Experience: 6 years for MTM or Equivalent/ MBA/ Graduate Engineer OR 9 years for Bachelors degree (10+2+3) - Candidates with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or additional certifications in Travel and/or Tourism will be preferred.
