Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Low Voltage Products, your primary function will be to implement the go-to-market strategy, drive key customer relationships, and engage with channels to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals. You will be responsible for achieving the sales target for the designated territory and empanelling full PD solutions while identifying and appointing Channel Partners/Integrators. It is essential to map and target new customers, projects, and expansions in the assigned territory and effectively pursue, make proposals, and close sales in coordination with the Business Development Team. Your role will also involve obtaining approvals from End Users, Consultants, and utilities, providing technical support to partners/customers, and staying updated on competitors, pricing, products, and channel developments. Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction will be a key aspect, along with collaborating with the business development team and successfully negotiating project sales. Key Responsibilities: - Implement go-to-market strategy and drive key customer relationships - Achieve sales target for the territory for Low Voltage Products - Empanel full PD solutions and identify/appoint Channel Partners/Integrators - Map and target new customers/projects/expansions in the assigned territory - Pursue, make proposals, and close sales in coordination with the Business Development Team - Obtain approvals from End Users, Consultants, and utilities - Provide technical support to partners/customers on products and applications - Stay updated on competitors, pricing, products, and channel developments - Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the business development team and successfully negotiate project sales Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with a Master's degree highly desirable - Minimum of 6-12 years field sales experience Skills: - Product application knowledge for switchgear (ACBs, MCCBs Control Products, LV Drives & Soft Starters, MCBs, Distribution Boards), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers - Working knowledge of the electrical industry - Solid negotiation skills and market intelligence,
