Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the tech industry. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.
