As a Manager of Sales and Marketing based in Bhopal, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, and sales management. Your key responsibilities will include handling walk-in customers at the showroom, building relationships with potential clients, coordinating client meetings with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and end customers, as well as conducting site visits to explore new business opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, home decor, or the construction industry. Strong communication skills, creative thinking ability, and a self-motivated attitude towards sales are essential. Additionally, having your own vehicle, good negotiation skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial. A proven track record of meeting sales targets, knowledge of the Building & Hospitality projects industry, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous.
