Manager- Risk & Decision Science - Financial Services

As a part of the Financial Services team at Meesho, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and revenue of the company by focusing on lending as the primary area of interest. Your responsibilities will revolve around risk management, a critical component in building a sustainable credit business at scale. Here are the key aspects of the role: **Role Overview:** Lending is the primary focus of Meesho's Financial Services journey, where risk management plays a crucial role. Your main responsibilities will include driving policies, data science, and analytics to assess borrower risk, leveraging alternative information for borrower profiling, and creating a competitive advantage using the Meesho platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Refine credit policies by analyzing and designing them using Meesho platform data, bureau data, and alternate data - Develop scorecards and models for approval processes - Design experiments to test cohort behavior and policies - Automate reporting and tracking of the portfolio and operational performance measures Over time, your responsibilities will evolve to include: - Owning automated decisioning processes and outcomes - Creating a 6-month risk roadmap - Refining credit policies and exploring new lending segments - Developing end-to-end ML models and methodologies - Coding and maintaining Business Rules Engine (BRE) for automating credit policies **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of relevant Fin-Tech experience in Digital Unsecured Lending - Strong RCA skills and critical thinking abilities - Working knowledge of GCP, Vertex AI, and cloud function for deployment - Proficiency in credit bureau data and banking risk frameworks - Expertise in PD, EAD, LGD modeling in Python - Ability to identify AI use cases for enhanced productivity in decision-making processes Joining the Financial Services team at Meesho will provide you with an exciting and enriching career experience.
